Cult traditional sci-fi horror comedy film Killer Klowns From Outer House has grown in stature through the years and even has a multiplayer online game within the works, however there has but to be any type of follow-up to the 1988 movie.

That’s not intentional. Director Stephen Chiodo, author/producer siblings Charles and Edward, and the movie’s lead Grant Cramer have all been making an attempt to get a sequel on the market for a few years. points with rights blocked hopes of bringing that to fruition.
However Chiodo hasn’t given up hope for persevering with with the story of the Killer Klowns. In an unique interview with SFX journal, the director spoke about his plans to proceed the movie’s legacy.
“My purpose is to do an eight-part miniseries for streamers. We’ve obtained an excellent idea that continues the story of our important characters,” stated Chiodo within the interview. ”We’ll observe a brand new group of youngsters who encounter the clowns and meet a drunk dwelling in his van – it’s Mike Tobacco. There’s a giant invasion, and we find yourself on the clown planet.”
Chiodo then goes on to speak a few potential new addition to the Klown world.
”We have now plenty of nice concepts about the place this universe goes. You haven’t even seen the clown animals on the clown planet but. There’s an entire world of issues that we bear in mind!”
Hopefully, the online game brings much more followers to the world of Killer Klowns, and provides Chiodo the possibility to understand his legacy sequence dream.
